How can I get another copy of my discharge?
Contact your attorney. He or she should have a copy in your file. If you weren't represented by an attorney, you may mail a written request to the Court of the Bankruptcy Court including your name, case number and a stamped self-addressed envelope. You may also go to the Court's website to complete a form requesting that the Discharge Order be faxed or e-mailed to you. If you don't have a fax machine or e-mail, you may go to the Court at the Records Section with your name and case number.
